Motherhood is………holding your heart in your arms

There is a line in ‘Macbeth:’  ‘Methinks I heard a voice cry, “Sleep no more!” I think it applies more to mothers with babes in their arms than to people suffering from a guilty conscience. If you've been blessed with twins like me, you know what I mean...No sleep...For months!

Motherhood is…being loved and protected by your kids.

There are many, many kids who love, nurture and look after their parents though there are also elders who suffer great neglect. I’d like this to be a tribute to caring kids who make great sacrifices for their parents.These posts are dedicated to my twins. ‘Somewhere in my youth or childhood/I must have done something good!’
